We use these details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation where appropriate, and to carry out and manage any work you go on to instruct us to do.

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed — to deal with your enquiry, to manage any resulting work and service relationship, and to meet our legal, tax and business record-keeping requirements. After that, it is deleted or securely disposed of.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for marketing purposes. Your enquiry is delivered to us by email through the form provider that powers the enquiry form on this website. We may share relevant details with a tradesperson or supplier where that is necessary to price or carry out your project, and we will only share what is needed for that purpose.
